RITZ CINEMA, COOKSTOWN
Upgrade of an existing 2 screen cinema into a 5 screen multiplex cinema and a ground floor pool hall. A challenging project as not only was the site constrained on three sides, but the town centre location meant access was extremely limited. In addition, renovation of the two existing screens took place above four retail units; all of which remained open during the contract period and so required increased sensitivity to neighbours.
