The 25,000 sq ft Design and Build development of four retail units - including the first Lidl store in Ireland - and the restoration of the Railway Station, a listed building. There was also the provision of 80,000 sq ft of car parking and access roads. The project was successfully completed within a demanding seven month contract period.

RITZ CINEMA, COOKSTOWN
Upgrade of an existing 2 screen cinema into a 5 screen multiplex cinema and a ground floor pool hall. A challenging project as not only was the site constrained on three sides, but the town centre location meant access was extremely limited. In addition, renovation of the two existing screens took place above four retail units; all of which remained open during the contract period and so required increased sensitivity to neighbours.
